What we do
We offer several different levels and types of maintenance agreements. As every home and commercial customer have different equipment as well as different needs, we offer several different types of maintenance plans.
These plans vary by frequency of visits, length of agreement, procedures performed, and benefits. You can choose a maintenance plan that suits your equipment, budget, and lifestyle.
Most of our maintenance agreement holders actually spend less money on an annual basis than our non- agreement customers, by catching and repairing problems before they lead to expensive major repairs.

Before you start your system each season we'll come out and do a thorough check of all electrical voltages, safety circuits, Freon level and pressures, compressor, motors, thermostat, etc. We will also chemically clean the condenser coils if needed as well as the furnace and its components. In the hottest parts of summer, if a failure should occur, we'll be there...FAST!
